Practice Director

Job Description

Workato is seeking a Practice Director to lead and scale their Americas West Professional Services team. This role involves building a high-performing, customer-first services organization that contributes to customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention. The Practice Director will oversee Engagement Managers, Delivery Managers, and Technical Managers, ensuring delivery quality, scalable operations, and talent development.Role involves:

• Leading and developing a high-performing regional team.
• Enforcing consistent delivery methodologies and best practices.
• Partnering with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to design offerings.
• Ensuring customers achieve rapid time-to-value.
• Owning PS P&L, including bookings, revenue, margin, and utilization.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience selling professional services for a SaaS company.
• 5+ years leading professional services teams.
• Proven P&L ownership experience.
• Ability to navigate complex customer relationships.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
