Job Description
Workato is seeking a Practice Director to lead and scale its Americas West Professional Services team. This role involves building a high-performing, customer-first services organization that enhances customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention. The Practice Director will oversee Engagement Managers, Delivery Managers, and Technical Managers, ensuring delivery quality, scalable operations, and talent development.
Role Involves:
- Leading and coaching a regional team of Engagement Managers, Delivery Managers, and Technical Managers.
- Enforcing consistent delivery methodologies and best practices across services engagements.
- Partnering with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to design service offerings.
- Ensuring customers achieve rapid time-to-value and key adoption milestones.
- Owning the Professional Services P&L, including bookings, revenue, margin, and utilization.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience selling professional services for a SaaS company.
- 5+ years of experience leading professional services teams.
- Proven ability to coach sellers on portfolio management and expansion strategies.
- Proven P&L ownership experience for a services organization.
- Ability to navigate complex customer relationships and drive executive engagement.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to conduct professional presentations.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
