Lucid Motors is seeking a highly motivated Senior Program Manager to join their Sales Operations & Enablement team in Europe. This role is crucial for driving the success of Lucid's sales teams by introducing new strategic initiatives, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless execution of sales programs. The Senior Program Manager will work alongside the European Sales management team, providing direction and management on key sales and sales operations projects.Role involves:
- Developing and managing the Europe Sales Operations programs roadmap.
- Identifying operational inefficiencies and working towards resolutions.
- Overseeing Sales, Order Operations, Delivery Experience, Commerce Systems, and IT teams.
- Planning and coordinating UAT.
- Ensuring readiness for key initiatives such as new product releases and market entries.
- Establishing detailed readiness trackers and processes.
- Driving and tracking program deliverables, milestones, and risks.
- Developing business cases and metrics to measure ROI.
- Managing cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in managing complex business operations projects, preferably within automotive.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to translate business requirements into compelling solutions.
- Passion for project management, strategy, and program management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrable ability to develop analytics and draw impactful insights.
- Experience with project planning tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheets, etc.).
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel.
