C6 Bank is seeking a Credit and Recovery Analyst to join its Credit Desk team, focusing on the Auto sector. The ideal candidate will contribute to the company's growth and expansion in the Auto and Motorcycle credit market, while also gaining exposure to PF/CDC and Home Equity products. The role involves a multidisciplinary approach, requiring individuals with a passion for sustainable growth and providing excellent customer experiences.

Role Involves:

• Analyzing credit risk and assessing the financial capacity of clients.
• Using tools like Bacen, Cetip, and credit bureaus for analysis.
• Contributing ideas for process improvement.
• Building relationships with internal teams to enhance customer journey.

Requirements:

• Experience in Auto/Motorcycle credit analysis.
• Completed or ongoing higher education.
• Teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Availability to work on-site in central São Paulo (Av. 9 de Julho).
