Job Description
Addepar is seeking a Direct Solutions Consultant who is fluent in Spanish to join their team in Salt Lake City, UT. This role involves designing and implementing out-of-the-box solutions for new clients, focusing on how Addepar can unlock significant value for them. The consultant will advise clients on modeling and examining their financial instruments and assets, ensuring seamless onboarding, data accuracy, and ongoing platform adoption. They will work with Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), Family Offices, and similar Core clients.
Role involves:
- Onboarding users and client data onto Addepar
- Delivering high-value client outcomes
- Managing expectations internally and externally
- Ensuring client retention and satisfaction
- Leading scope changes
- Owning historical data conversions
- Communicating project health and status
Requirements:
- Professional experience in Project management, Financial Services, or Consulting
- Superior communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Understanding of historical data conversion methodologies and different source systems
- Process-oriented with an eye toward continuous improvement
- Independent, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Passion for technology and finance
- Spanish-language skills
