Product Director, Data Resilience Strategy

Job Description

Veeam, a market leader in data resilience, is seeking a Product Director to lead the development and evolution of their Data Resilience Maturity Model (DRMM). This role involves strategic product ownership, technical program execution, and cross-functional leadership. The Product Director will drive the DRMM roadmap, define supporting tools and assessments, and ensure stakeholders can operationalize the framework at scale. Veeam is based in Seattle and protects over 550,000 customers worldwide.Responsibilities:

• Own the DRMM as a strategic product, shaping the roadmap and defining success metrics.
• Integrate with Sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
• Develop KPIs and measure performance.
• Develop sales enablement and training programs.
• Establish a continuous feedback loop.
• Ensure assessments are conducted reliably and scalably.

Requirements:

• 8–12 years of experience in product management, technical consulting, or program leadership.
• Experience owning or building maturity models or assessment frameworks.
• Demonstrated success in enhancing sales value and driving revenue growth.
• Proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional programs.
• Data- and process-oriented.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders.
