Job Description

CAPCO is seeking a Nutricionista de Qualidade to join their team. This role is based in Vitória, ES, and offers a hybrid work arrangement. The Nutricionista de Qualidade will be responsible for technical leadership of nutritionist teams in an offshore environment, ensuring excellent execution of activities. They will also manage work schedules, optimize resource allocation, and ensure operational coverage.

The ideal candidate will have experience in quality control within an industrial kitchen setting, such as a hotel chain, industry, hospital, or school. They should also possess an active CRN and be available to work a 6x6 schedule in Vitória - ES, during daytime hours (7 am to 7 pm, 12 hours per day). Availability for occasional embarkations on an on-call basis is also required.

Role involves:

  • Technical leadership of nutritionist teams in an offshore environment
  • Elaboration and management of work schedules
  • Critical analysis and continuous monitoring of Sanitary Risk Indicators
  • Strategic management of Sanitary Risk in offshore units
  • Development and standardization of procedures and process flows
  • Active participation in the mobilization processes of maritime hotel contracts
  • Implementation of innovative technological solutions to reduce Sanitary Risk
  • Creation and structuring of Learning Paths for continuous team training

Requirements:

  • Experience in quality control (industrial kitchen)
  • Active CRN
  • Availability to work a 6x6 schedule in Vitória - ES
  • Availability for occasional embarkations on an on-call basis
