Capco, a global technology and business consultancy focused on the financial services and energy sectors, is seeking a Psychologist to support worker health prevention in a hybrid role based in Rio de Janeiro/RJ. Capco is passionate about helping its clients and accelerating careers, with 33 offices across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

Responsibilities:

• Providing specialized technical support in SMS to Health Processes, especially Mental Health, with a focus on prevention.
• Applying psychology in the prevention of worker health.

Requirements:

• Graduation in Psychology, with a registered diploma or certificate from an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education.
• Regular registration with the respective body for overseeing the exercise of the professional activity.
• Extensive experience as a health professional in companies.
• Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI software.
• Intermediate English (will be tested).
