Job Description
Spin, a FEMSA business unit, is seeking a Lead Growth Intelligence professional to drive growth for its Financial Services business. This role involves leading end-to-end growth strategies, from identifying opportunities to executing go-to-market plans. The Lead Growth Intelligence will collaborate with Product squads and cross-functional teams, including Consumer Growth, Data, Tech, and Operations, to shape value propositions, define roadmaps, and deliver measurable impact through data-informed decisions.

The role involves:
  • Defining and executing growth strategies for Financial Services, including Spin by OXXO and Spin Premia integration.
  • Developing roadmaps, business cases, and go-to-market plans to drive adoption across digital and in-store channels.
  • Orchestrating cross-functional execution and driving collaboration across Financial Services, Consumer Growth, and other teams.
  • Monitoring Financial Services OKRs and key metrics like WAU, transactions, and churn.
  • Designing and scaling experiments to validate hypotheses and accelerate growth through data-informed decisions.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years in roles combining analytical ability, management discipline, and creativity.
  • Proven track record leading growth initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Background in B2C app projects, digitalization, strategic/digital consulting, fintech, or data integration/analysis.
  • Experience managing budgets and resource allocation focused on maximizing ROI.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with results orientation.
  • Resilient and collaborative, with the ability to motivate and lead teams.
