Bellroy, a global B Corp known for its environmentally responsible carry goods, is seeking an EU Sales Manager. This role involves developing key accounts, expanding into new regions, and collaborating with local agents and distributors. The ideal candidate will own the region's growth, backed by a brand with global traction and purpose.

Role Involves:
  • Developing key accounts in the EU region.
  • Expanding into new regions within Europe.
  • Working closely with local agents and distributors.
  • Contributing to the growth of a purpose-driven brand.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in business development or wholesale sales, ideally in premium consumer goods.
  • Fluency in English, Dutch, and conversational German.
  • Experience selling a lifestyle brand into new key accounts and major retailers.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships and motivate sales agents and distributors.
  • Understanding of European retail nuances and brand value translation.
  • Passion for design, ethics, and purpose-driven brands.
  • Commercial acumen regarding pipeline, margin, sell-through, and strategy.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings and trade shows.
  • Experience working for an international brand with global distribution.
