Senior KOL Growth Marketer - (Korean Speaker)

Job Description

BitMEX is seeking a Senior Growth KOL Marketer with native fluency in Korean. This role involves expanding BitMEX's presence and user base within the crypto space. The Senior Growth KOL Marketer will identify, acquire, and nurture relationships with KOLs to drive measurable growth and user acquisition.Role involves:

• Strategically identify, research, and acquire new Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers across various platforms within the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
• Negotiate favorable deals and contracts with KOLs.
• Develop product/brand positioning and messaging tailored for KOL activations.
• Design and execute integrated KOL-driven campaigns from strategy and brief, through execution, performance measurement, and effectiveness reporting.
• Manage and optimize ongoing KOL relationships, continuously monitoring their performance against key metrics.
• Ensure timely execution of planned campaigns in all targeted channels and follow up with measurement of those campaigns.
• Ensure marketing materials produced by different parties, including KOLs, are consistent with the campaign’s messaging and brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, competitor landscape, community feedback, and best practices in exchange products, growth hacking, and digital marketing.

Requirements:

• Experience working in the crypto trading space.
• 5+ years of proven experience in growth hacking or performance marketing, specifically within the crypto industry, with a focus on KOL/influencer acquisition and management.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals with external partners, along with strong objection handling skills.
• In-depth knowledge of product/brand campaigns and how to leverage KOLs for maximum impact.
• Exceptional creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop unique and effective growth strategies, particularly through influencer channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• A passion for innovation, growth hacking, and staying ahead of industry trends in crypto and digital marketing.
• Basic graphic design skills and a creative, fun mindset is highly desirable.
