Moniepoint, a fast-growing financial services platform in Africa, is seeking a Lead Hub Operations to spearhead the expansion and performance management of its franchise hub network in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding, training, managing, and scaling warehouse franchise partners, ensuring smooth and efficient operations aligned with the company's B2B e-commerce objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of last-mile logistics, third-party management, and franchise operations within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the onboarding and setup of new hub partners.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train hub teams.
  • Manage and optimize last-mile delivery operations.
  • Develop and implement hub-specific SLAs and performance metrics.
  • Monitor and manage hub profitability.
  • Lead daily operations and resolve operational issues.
  • Drive hub partner ROI through data-driven decision-making.
  • Expand the hub network by identifying strategic locations.
  • Establish and maintain strong third-party relationships.
  • Assess and enhance hub performance through continuous training.
  • Conduct regular order reconciliation and hub audits.
  • Develop contingency plans and troubleshoot issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management, preferably within the e-commerce or FMCG sector.
  • Proven experience in managing warehouse partners or franchise networks.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and build high-performance cultures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
