Job Description
YipitData is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join their growing Hedge Fund client base. The Account Development Manager will focus on driving value and managing commercial relationships. This is a remote-friendly opportunity within the US. The role involves product expertise, client relationship management, and commercial strategy execution.

Responsibilities include:
  • Leveraging product expertise to drive value and grow user engagement
  • Becoming a trusted resource for clients by acting as a thought partner and providing top-notch service
  • Advocating for client needs cross-departmentally
  • Creating and executing on account growth & engagement strategies
  • Developing rapport with key decision makers
  • Managing renewals from beginning to end
  • Identifying and executing on upsell opportunities to augment contract value

Requirements include:
  • Minimum 3+ year of relevant client facing experience
  • Ability to build strategic relationships
  • Passion for client success
  • Ability to proactively identify value-adding opportunities
  • Ability to manage a high-touch, high-volume client base
  • Self-starter and a team player
  • Interest in investment research and the markets
