YipitData is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join their growing Hedge Fund client base. The Account Development Manager will focus on driving value and managing commercial relationships. This is a remote-friendly opportunity within the US. The role involves product expertise, client relationship management, and commercial strategy execution.
Responsibilities include: - Leveraging product expertise to drive value and grow user engagement
- Becoming a trusted resource for clients by acting as a thought partner and providing top-notch service
- Advocating for client needs cross-departmentally
- Creating and executing on account growth & engagement strategies
- Developing rapport with key decision makers
- Managing renewals from beginning to end
- Identifying and executing on upsell opportunities to augment contract value
Requirements include: - Minimum 3+ year of relevant client facing experience
- Ability to build strategic relationships
- Passion for client success
- Ability to proactively identify value-adding opportunities
- Ability to manage a high-touch, high-volume client base
- Self-starter and a team player
- Interest in investment research and the markets
