The Student Hotel is seeking a Community Support Intern to convert leads into bookings. This internship offers the opportunity to master sales and customer service skills, from assisting potential guests to answering inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and LiveChat. The intern will contribute to a seamless customer experience through strong organizational skills and clear communication.

What this role involves:

  • Delivering excellent support and experience to guests.
  • Driving commercial results through various channels.
  • Selling relevant TSH services and products.
  • Handling administrative tasks and change requests.
  • Sharing guest feedback and insights with colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Must be a student enrolled in a university.
  • Currently studying a relevant bachelor’s degree.
  • Hospitality-minded with an interest in sales and customer experience.
  • Flexible to work weekends and evenings.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, German, Italian, French, or Spanish.
