Job Description

The Student Hotel is seeking a Service Communication Intern to join their team in Amsterdam. This internship offers the opportunity to learn and contribute to content creation, implementation, and maintenance across multilingual Help Center, Chatbot, and Customer Service tools. The intern will gain experience in improving the digital customer experience and developing customer-focused writing skills.

The intern will collaborate with colleagues from the Service Hub, including Customer Support leaders, as well as teams such as Digital and Brand & Experience. This is a 5-6 month internship starting from September 2025.

What this role involves:

  • Supporting the Community Support and Advising Managers and Head of Reservations.
  • Designing, implementing, and optimizing service communication processes and procedures.
  • Creating, maintaining, and optimizing content for Help Center & Chatbot channels.
  • Assisting in organizing and documenting communication materials.
  • Collaborating with the communication team to develop engaging content.
  • Conducting research on communication best practices.

Requirements:

  • Currently studying a relevant bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Basic technical knowledge of customer service operations and content creation.
  • Enthusiasm for social causes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, Salesforce is a plus.
  • Eligible to work in the Netherlands.
  • Fluent in English.
