Job Description
The Social Hub is seeking a highly motivated Chef de Commis for its Glasgow location. This role involves assisting in food preparation, managing stock, and maintaining hygiene standards.

Role Involves:
  • Assisting in food preparation and basic cooking
  • Ensuring accurate measurements of dish ingredients and portion sizes
  • Reacting to the needs of the senior chefs, assisting in all kitchen operations
  • Managing deliveries and stock rotation
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene

Requirements:
  • Fluency in English
  • Preferably 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Calm under pressure with excellent multitasking abilities
  • Flexible, motivated, social, and highly organized
  • Legally allowed to work in the UK
