Job Description
VML MAP is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the seamless execution of digital cross-channel marketing strategies for global clients from their Toronto office. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days onsite per week. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, implement client campaigns, and ensure staff development. They will manage a team of 8-10 employees, acting as a link between in-house departments and collaborating with colleagues in Copenhagen, Bangkok, Lisbon, and San Jose.Responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing team operations and workload distribution.
  • Ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements.
  • Recruitment, people management, and development.
  • Supporting initiatives by the Operations Director and Global Directors.
  • Reporting on progress for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Risk management and mitigation.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience in omnichannel marketing.
  • Solid experience with CRM, digital production, marketing personalization and automation.
  • 3-5 years of experience in people and performance management and talent recruitment.
  • Proven ability to establish strong personnel and stakeholder relationships.
  • Extensive background in project management.
  • Client management experience (a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
