Producer, Marketing Operations

Job Description

VML MAP is seeking a Producer to drive marketing projects for a major international client. This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid role (4 days onsite per week) located in Toronto. The Producer will collaborate with a global network of colleagues to bring innovative campaigns to life.

The Producer will be a central figure in the project lifecycle, leveraging project management expertise and a collaborative spirit to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of high-quality work. They will navigate a complex organization and build strong working relationships.

Role Involves:

• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Partnering with Operations Manager(s) to manage workload and resource allocation.
• Creating and maintaining project timelines and budgets.
• Upholding brand standards and quality expectations.
• Identifying and addressing team challenges.
• Providing regular reports to management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Producer, Project Manager, or Coordinator with a focus on CRM and/or digital marketing projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and monitor resource allocation.
• Proven track record of successful client management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communication, Project Management, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
• Flexible mindset and able to adapt quickly to demands of challenging and unique projects.
