Principal Product Manager, Gusto Pro

Gusto is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Gusto Pro, a platform designed for accountants. This role involves leading product discovery, defining long-term vision and strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product development. The Principal Product Manager will focus on making Gusto Pro the best platform for mid-size accounting firms to scale their payroll, compliance, and advisory services.

What this role involves:

• Leading product discovery to understand customer problems.
