Capgemini Invent is seeking a (Senior) Manager Operations Excellence & Quality Transformation to join their team. The ideal candidate will work with interdisciplinary teams to solve complex client challenges, manage international projects, and contribute to the development and success of their team. This role involves leading digital transformation projects with a focus on production and quality, and continuously developing products and services in a market-oriented manner.

• Managing international projects

• Developing products and services

Requirements:

• Master's degree in (Business) Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Several years of relevant professional experience in a consulting environment and/or in discrete manufacturing with a focus on quality management
• Proficiency in central quality management standards in the Automotive and/or Aviation industry
• Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams
• Excellent German and English skills
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
