Capfi Afruca is seeking a Technician Supervisor for a major bank undergoing digital transformation. The Technician Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the availability and performance of critical information systems. This role involves real-time monitoring of systems and applications using tools like Centreon, Nagios, and Zabbix. The candidate will react to alerts, diagnose incidents, and escalate them when necessary. They will also participate in incident resolution with operations and support teams, maintain event tracking, and contribute to the improvement of supervision procedures.

• Monitoring systems and applications in real-time.
• Responding to alerts and diagnosing incidents.
• Participating in incident resolution.
• Maintaining event tracking and reporting.
• Writing and improving supervision procedures.
• Implementing new supervision scenarios.

Requirements:

• Bac+2 to Bac+3 degree in computer science.
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in banking or critical production environments.
• Knowledge of supervision tools (Centreon, Zabbix, etc.) and system environments (Linux/Windows).
• Analytical skills, rigor, reactivity, and team spirit.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
