Job Description
Everlaw is seeking a User Education Specialist II to join their User Education team in New York. This role is crucial for providing a world-class learning experience to users, emphasizing respect and helping them master Everlaw's technology. The User Education Specialist will work with legal professionals, develop educational content, and collaborate with various teams to ensure users realize value and discover truth using Everlaw.
Role Involves:
- Becoming an expert in the Everlaw platform.
- Delivering tailored live learning sessions (web-based and onsite).
- Ensuring the library of learning resources has maximum impact.
- Collaborating with partners to enhance the user learning experience.
- Building and evolving user training resources.
- Training Everlaw customers onsite around the United States.
- Implementing new user training tools and technology.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in delivering training, managing learning experiences, maintaining resources, and developing educational content.
- Comfortable teaching technology with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
