Job Description
Too Good To Go is seeking a Sales Team Lead - SMB to join their US Sales team in Austin, Texas. Too Good To Go's mission is to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together. The company connects businesses with surplus food to consumers through a marketplace app. They are looking for someone to coach, develop, and scale a fast-growing team of Sales Specialists.

Role involves:
  • Coaching on pitch, negotiation, & closing techniques
  • Developing and executing sales trainings
  • Leading by example in sales and behavior
  • Delivering clear expectations and performance feedback
  • Managing KPIs across multiple sales channels
  • Creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce/CRM

Requirements:
  • 2 to 3 years of sales experience
  • Mentorship experience, training new joiners
  • Expertise in SMB and Mid Market sales
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management
  • Experience coaching a sales team
  • Expertise in value & solution selling
  • Collaborative mindset
  • Growth mindset
