Via, a company focused on transforming transportation through technology, is seeking a Field Operations Manager to join its Transit-as-a-Service (TaaS) Operations team. This role is based in Silicon Valley and requires a fully in-person presence, typically 4-5 days per week. The Field Operations Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations using Via's technology platform, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring operational excellence.
What this role involves:
Ensuring operational excellence and customer experience
Overseeing operations in person, including early mornings or evenings as needed
Managing driver supply to meet demand
Prioritizing and resolving operational issues
Responding to driver feedback and customer issues
Collaborating with a broad interdisciplinary team
Analyzing metrics/KPIs to optimize operations
