Job Description

Mejuri, a category-defining fine jewelry brand, is seeking a Retail Visual Lead to bring the brand to life in their retail location in Flatiron, New York. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Visual Lead will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Mejuri’s Visual Merchandising Standards, balancing sales and customer service skills. This role involves complete responsibility for the store's allure, coaching the team, and assisting the Visual Merchandising Department in developing a client-focused retail environment.

• Maintaining visual standards and implementing merchandise displays.
• Overseeing campaign signage and windows.
• Analyzing sales performance and proposing strategies.
• Coaching team members on visual merchandising practices.
• Supporting new store openings and marketing events.

• 2+ years of retail leadership and/or visual merchandising experience.
• Ability to work on Mondays, weekends, and outside of work hours.
• Experience with clienteling and building customer relationships.
• Innovative thinking and attention to detail.
• Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
