Job Description
Webflow, the pioneer of the Website Experience Platform, is seeking a Product Designer to contribute to building tools and web creation workflows within the Webflow product. This role is remote-first, specifically for candidates residing in British Columbia and Ontario, Canada. The Product Designer will report to the Design & Build Product Design Manager.
Responsibilities: - Design exceptional end-to-end product experiences using qualitative and quantitative data.
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to explore complex problem spaces.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with other teams to untangle complex technical and user experience dependencies.
- Deliver high-quality designs and specs for engineers.
Requirements: - Experience designing in complex product spaces, preferably with systems and creation tooling for web development or design.
- Familiarity with front-end web development technologies (HTML/CSS; JavaScript preferred).
- History of shipping features with a high bar for craft.
- Ability to communicate, design, and document thoughtfully.
- Ability to build effective partnerships with engineering, product, and other cross-functional partners.
- Proactive in seeking and integrating feedback.
- Bias towards action in a high-growth company.
- Curiosity and openness to growth in emerging technologies like AI.
