Xometry is seeking an Account Executive I to manage and convert inbound leads into loyal customers and manage an existing book of business. The Account Executive will be a key point of contact, guiding customers through the sales process and ensuring a seamless experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with a passion for sales.Responsibilities include:
- Building relationships and identifying strategic long-term clients
- Developing business with existing and new inbound customers
- Creating and managing plans to reach sales objectives
- Assisting customers in selecting the best rapid manufacturing technology
- Serving as the contact person for new projects
- Providing guidance to the sales engineering team
- Delivering technical presentations
- Collecting and reporting industry trends
Qualifications include:
- At least 2+ years of sales experience in a quota carrying full cycle sales role
- Experience in a high volume inbound sales role
- Proficiency in programs such Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom/WebEx/GoToMeeting
- CRM experience with Salesforce or similar systems required
- Strong negotiation skills and results driven
- High energy with positive attitude
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced high growth environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work onsite 3 days a week
