StoneCo is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as an Agente Stone - Consultor(a) Comercial Externo in Presidente Prudente, Sao Paulo. This role involves external prospecting of new clients, managing active client portfolios, and providing excellent customer service. The Agente Stone will participate in daily team meetings to discuss plans, goals, and share learnings.
Responsibilities: - Prospecting new clients in the assigned area.
- Managing active client portfolios and providing post-sales support.
- Participating in daily team meetings to discuss plans and goals.
- Delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements: - Completed high school education.
- Prior experience in external sales within the acquiring or financial services sector is desirable.
- Strong negotiation and commercial approach skills.
- Ability to work in a results-oriented environment and meet targets.
