Lush is seeking a Part-Time Sales Ambassador for their Santa Anita location. This role involves providing exceptional customer consultations, product demonstrations, and contributing to overall shop excellence. The Sales Ambassador will cultivate strong team relationships and consistently surpass daily sales goals. They will create a fun and inclusive environment for customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Driving sales and exceeding sales goals.
  • Delivering a world-class customer experience.
  • Educating customers on brand values.
  • Expanding product knowledge.
  • Encouraging open communication and actively listening to team members’ perspectives related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB).
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store.
