Job Description
AppViewX is seeking a Solutions Engineer to play a critical role in the pre-sales process. The Solutions Engineer will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing teams to articulate the value of AppViewX's cybersecurity solutions to prospective customers. They will work with cutting-edge technologies like Kubernetes, Containers, and Cloud to design and develop cutting edge solutions.

Role involves:
  • Partnering with Account Executives to understand customer requirements and design tailored technical solutions.
  • Delivering compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
  • Leading technical discovery sessions to identify customer needs and success criteria.
  • Responding to RFPs/RFIs and providing architectural guidance.
  • Acting as the technical liaison between prospects and internal teams.
  • Collaborating with Product Management to relay customer feedback.
  • Supporting field marketing and partner events by delivering technical presentations.
  • Staying current on industry trends and competitor products.

Requirements:
  • Passion for technology.
  • Experience in pre-sales or solutions engineering.
  • Understanding of customer requirements.
  • Ability to deliver product demonstrations and POCs.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
