Job Description
Simpplr is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join their team and focus on AI innovation. This role is based in Gurugram, India, and operates on a hybrid work model. The Data Scientist will address real-world challenges through AI, focusing on Enterprise Search, Personalization, Content Recommendation, and custom LLM fine-tuning. They will collaborate with skilled professionals to build next-generation products that impact clients' operational effectiveness.
Role involves:
- Innovating and developing scalable AI solutions for efficient data processing.
- Prototyping, testing, and deploying AI solutions, managing project timelines.
- Engaging with cross-disciplinary teams to implement AI-driven enhancements.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in crafting and implementing AI models.
- Solid grounding in AI technologies, with proficiency in Python.
- Familiarity with AI development frameworks.
- Interest or experience in ML-Ops.
- Knowledge in developing analytical applications and working with cloud platforms.
- Strong coding skills.
- Understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing algorithms.
- Experience in working with data annotation tools and building ML evaluation pipelines.
- Comfort with working in multiple tech stacks.
- Experience in API Development, Docker and AWS Services.
