Job Description

XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking candidates for Financial Instruments Positions within its Controllership team. The available positions include Junior Analyst and Full Analyst roles. The ideal candidate will be analytical, proactive, and capable of handling complex environments and manual processes. Role involves:

• Performing daily accounting routines with a focus on reconciliation, analysis, and integrations.
• Actively participating in daily processes related to fixed income, derivatives, hedge accounting, variable income, and transitory items.
• Supporting the structuring and accounting of new financial products, evaluating accounting and regulatory impacts.
• Working on the integration of data and accounting systems, proposing improvements and implementing solutions.
• Developing and implementing automation of accounting processes to minimize errors and increase operational efficiency.
• Ensuring the quality of accounting information for management reports and regulatory obligations.
• Contributing to the monthly accounting close and management reports.
• Collaborating with other areas such as tax, controllership, and IT.

Requirements:

• Experience in daily and monthly accounting closing routines.
• Practical experience with IFRS 9 (CPC 48).
• Knowledge of ERP systems and automation tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI, VBA, SQL, PYTHON).
• Analytical, proactive profile with attention to detail.
