Analista de People Analytics Pleno

XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking a People Analytics Analyst to join its team in São Paulo. The analyst will work with HR, business, and technology teams to drive results through data and strategy.

The role involves:

• Structuring ambiguous business problems into data-driven solutions.
• Conducting analyses on various XP businesses related to HR topics.
• Partnering with HR and business areas for data-driven decision-making.
• Creating visible dashboards, reports, and presentations of project results.
• Leading end-to-end project execution with different stakeholders and teams.
• Defining key indicators for monitoring results in different areas.

Requirements include:

• Ability to structure ambiguous business problems into data-driven solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI.
• Knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Residence in São Paulo.
