Job Description
Convera is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to provide excellent support to its customers. This role involves bridging the gap between customer needs and the company's offerings, driving a seamless customer experience, and supporting team and business goals. The Customer Care Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment, solving problems, devising improvements, and ensuring regulatory requirements are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver friendly and professional service to customers.
  • Identify and solve problems quickly.
  • Evaluate processes and devise improvements.
  • Drive first contact resolution.
  • Understand regulatory requirements.
  • Manage requests from external legal entities and regulators.
  • Work on projects and assist with business improvements.
  • Support leadership with delivering Management Information and reporting.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills in English and French.
  • Passion for customer care.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technology and processes.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and resilient.
  • Good knowledge of MS applications.
