Job Description
Convera is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to provide excellent support to its customers. This role involves bridging the gap between customer needs and the company's offerings, driving a seamless customer experience, and supporting team and business goals. The Customer Care Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment, solving problems, devising improvements, and ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver friendly and professional service to customers.
- Identify and solve problems quickly.
- Evaluate processes and devise improvements.
- Drive first contact resolution.
- Understand regulatory requirements.
- Manage requests from external legal entities and regulators.
- Work on projects and assist with business improvements.
- Support leadership with delivering Management Information and reporting.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills in English and French.
- Passion for customer care.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technology and processes.
- Self-starter with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to remain calm and resilient.
- Good knowledge of MS applications.
