TA Operations & Campus Recruitment Coordinator

Job Description

Legend Biotech is seeking a TA Operations & Campus Recruitment Coordinator to join their Talent Acquisition Team in Ghent, Belgium. This role is pivotal in connecting young talent with careers in biotechnology and shaping the future of cell and gene therapy. The coordinator will lead campus recruitment initiatives and support talent acquisition operations.

Role Involves:

• Developing and executing strategies to attract top student talent.
• Building relationships with universities and student organizations.
• Organizing and attending career fairs and networking events.
• Managing internship and graduate programs.
• Acting as a recruiter for Young Graduate roles.
• Tracking and reporting recruitment metrics.
• Managing job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communication, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in biotech or pharma.
• At least 1 year of experience with campus recruitment or project coordination.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.
• Proficiency in ATS (preferably Greenhouse or Workday).
