impact.com is seeking a Global Facilities Manager to oversee the strategic planning, development, and consistency of the organization’s global real estate and facilities portfolio. The Global Facilities Manager will ensure that all facilities are safe, compliant, and efficient, aligning with company goals. This role involves leading regional teams and partnering with stakeholders across departments such as People Excellence, IT, and Finance.
The Global Facilities Manager will optimize space utilization, manage vendor relationships, implement sustainability initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in facilities services worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities or real estate management, with experience in a global or multi-site role.
What this role involves:
- Maintaining the facility portfolio, including leases, obligations, and budgets.
- Overseeing repairs and operations to ensure compliance and minimize downtime.
- Leading efficient facility space management and planning for growth.
- Sourcing and managing vendor relationships.
- Collaborating with HR, IT, and Security to ensure workplace environments are safe and functional.
- Driving sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives across all sites.
- Supporting business continuity planning and disaster recovery efforts.
- Leading and developing a high-performing, geographically dispersed facilities team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in facilities or real estate management, with at least 3 years in a global or multi-site role.
- Strong collaboration skills across HR, IT, Legal, Finance, and senior leadership.
- Familiarity with IWMS tools, project management platforms, and service request systems.
- Strong knowledge of lease administration, TI budgeting, construction management, and workplace strategy.
- Proven leadership experience with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, compliance regulations, sustainability practices, and workplace safety standards.
- Excellent project management, negotiation, and financial acumen.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
