Business Development Manager

Job Description

DRW is seeking a Business Development Manager for Cumberland, its cryptoasset arm. This role focuses on expanding the token liquidity provision business globally. The Business Development Manager will source deal flow, understand the crypto ecosystem, manage projects from start to finish, negotiate agreements, and represent Cumberland at industry events.

Responsibilities include:

• Sourcing deal-flow from new and existing protocols.
• Developing a network of crypto-native partners.
• Managing projects from initial discussions through onboarding.
• Working with the trading team to design and negotiate agreements.
• Representing Cumberland’s brand at industry events.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Sales or Business Development experience within the crypto industry.
• Proven track record in liquidity provision preferred.
• High sense of urgency and self-motivation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven approach to decision making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English.

DRW offers:

• Annual base salary range of $180,000 to $280,000.
