Job Description
Precision AQ is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner and problem solver who can plan, execute, and complete projects on schedule and within budget. This role involves managing multiple accounts, projects, and campaigns, overseeing cross-functional team members, and potentially managing other project managers.
Responsibilities: - Partner with Group Project Managers and Account teams to develop and manage high-level client plans.
- Develop and manage complex program/campaign timelines.
- Provide input to project briefs.
- Manage and mentor project managers, associate project managers, and project coordinators.
- Lead team meetings.
- Partner with the creative resource manager for resource needs.
- Onboard and train new PM team members.
- Advocate for the workflow process.
- Review action orders.
- Lead the online routing of projects.
- Provide constant communication to meet client expectations.
- Advocate for the team while monitoring delivery dates and budget burn.
- Provide alternative solutions to ensure projects stay on track.
- Participate in statement of work development and large-scale planning.
- Research process and industry practices.
- Identify and share best practices.
- Liaise with clients and vendor partners.
- Manage multi-member teams.
- Scope input and review, scope creep monitoring, recommendations to cover overages, forecasting review, change order ownership, staffing plan ownership, and OOP tracking.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree
- 4 years’ direct work experience in a project management capacity
- Expertise in project management principles, methods, and techniques
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Assertive and tenacious in conflict resolution
- Proficiency with an online project management workflow tool (Workfront a bonus)
- Pharmaceutical experience (preferred)
- Experience managing complex digital, print, and broadcast production projects (preferred)
