Job Description
Ebury is seeking a Partnerships Manager to join their team in Montreal. Ebury is a global fintech company that empowers businesses to trade and grow internationally. The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for growing Ebury's indirect business by expanding the Partnerships Sales Team. This role involves managing the partner network, which is the core of Ebury's indirect sales channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, prioritize, and recruit new partners for Ebury's expanding solutions.
  • Onboard new partners across Financial Institutions and Professional Services.
  • Report on progress against plan, ensuring that agreed targets are met.
  • Expand existing business and provide feedback to technology and product managers.
  • Support Ebury's client relationship culture through customer contact and product knowledge.

Requirements:
  • 2-3+ years of sales and/or partner management experience in a B2B financial services organization.
  • Experience working with FX companies to originate strategic partnerships.
  • Fluency in French and business fluent in English.
  • Proven ability to bring passion, energy, and motivation to a sales organization.
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals.
