Job Description
Ebury is seeking a Business Developer to join their Bucharest office. This role is crucial for business growth and ensuring a great experience for new customers. The Business Developer will identify sales prospects through market research and contact decision-makers via phone. They will understand client needs and present appropriate solutions, contributing to customer growth and achieving personal goals.
Role Involves:
- Researching and qualifying potential clients to build a database of leads.
- Contacting C-level executives of businesses across various sectors via phone.
- Understanding clients’ businesses and their key challenges.
- Educating clients about Ebury's solutions.
- Collaborating with the team to build and present valuable FX solutions.
Requirements:
- Enjoy building new relationships and building rapport easily
- Ambitious and highly motivated to take your career into your own hand
- Experience within a B2B or client-facing environment
- Fluent Romanian and English
- Interested in the financial markets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
