Wellhub is seeking a Partner Success Sr. Manager to join its Partner Sales team in São Paulo, Brazil. This role involves managing relationships with crucial accounts, functioning as a Key Account Manager. The successful candidate will oversee strategic initiatives and disruptive projects, with a strong emphasis on organization, processes, and growth.

Role involves:
  • Managing relationships with strategic partners to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with partners to identify opportunities for joint business plans.
  • Acting as a consultant and influencer to support decision-making processes for partners' businesses.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance commercial terms.
  • Enhancing user experience by leading integration efforts with key partners.
  • Establishing partnerships with potential new partners.
  • Facilitating and leading key meetings with partners.
  • Ensuring clarity and accuracy of information flowing to and from partners.
  • Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Presenting data meaningfully for monitoring progress and making data-driven decisions.

Requirements:
  • Previous relevant commercial and business development background.
  • Strong analytical skills for problem-solving driven by data using Excel and other analysis tools.
  • High level of English in a professional environment.
  • Proficiency in organizing and structuring documents and formalizing internal processes.
  • Advanced ability to evaluate and define internal processes to improve the work of the WL team.
  • Outstanding commercial and tough negotiating skills.
  • Strategic mindset using data to ensure good negotiation and consultative selling.
  • Flexible, resourceful, and able to multitask.
  • Conflict management skills.
  • Proactive and independently capable of seeking information.
  • A team player who works collaboratively.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
