Wellhub is seeking a Partner Success Sr. Manager to join its Partner Sales team in São Paulo, Brazil. This role involves managing relationships with crucial accounts, functioning as a Key Account Manager. The successful candidate will oversee strategic initiatives and disruptive projects, with a strong emphasis on organization, processes, and growth.
Role involves:
- Managing relationships with strategic partners to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborating with partners to identify opportunities for joint business plans.
- Acting as a consultant and influencer to support decision-making processes for partners' businesses.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance commercial terms.
- Enhancing user experience by leading integration efforts with key partners.
- Establishing partnerships with potential new partners.
- Facilitating and leading key meetings with partners.
- Ensuring clarity and accuracy of information flowing to and from partners.
- Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and identify trends.
- Presenting data meaningfully for monitoring progress and making data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
- Previous relevant commercial and business development background.
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving driven by data using Excel and other analysis tools.
- High level of English in a professional environment.
- Proficiency in organizing and structuring documents and formalizing internal processes.
- Advanced ability to evaluate and define internal processes to improve the work of the WL team.
- Outstanding commercial and tough negotiating skills.
- Strategic mindset using data to ensure good negotiation and consultative selling.
- Flexible, resourceful, and able to multitask.

- Proactive and independently capable of seeking information.
