Job Description
Lush is seeking a Part-Time Floor Leader in Sugar Land, Texas, to support the Store Management Team. Responsibilities:
  • Driving sales and analyzing results using StoreForce dashboard.
  • Delivering world-class customer experience and product demonstrations.
  • Educating customers on Lush brand values.
  • Training and coaching Sales Ambassadors.
  • Managing cash handling and store opening/closing procedures.
  • Maintaining a clean and visually appealing store.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
  • Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
  • Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
  • Problem-solving skills related to customer service.
  • Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
