Job Description
Zepz Group, which powers WorldRemit and Sendwave, is seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to play a strategic role in growing user bases and new feature adoption, with a focus on Remittance products and LatAm audiences. The Product Marketing Specialist will define the communication strategy for products, services, and features, partnering with Product Managers to shape the product roadmap.
The role involves ensuring product-market fit, establishing value propositions, and improving customer retention through increased engagement. The Product Marketing Specialist will report to the Director, PMM and Insights.
Responsibilities:
- Growing Zepz user bases and new feature adoptions.
- Creating impactful customer communication for products, services, and features.
- Partnering with Product Managers to ensure product-market fit and value propositions.
- Taking control of campaign development and execution.
- Building playbooks and scalable models to communicate the product pipeline.
- Exercising stakeholder management to ensure alignment and drive momentum.
- Applying data-driven decision-making to accelerate user growth.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in a PMM role.
- Experience conducting market research.
- Independent in analyzing data and applying it to campaign strategies.
- Strong background in defining strategic direction and leading go-to-market campaigns.
- Track record in positioning new products.
- Proven experience in B2C product marketing in a fast-paced global tech company.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
