Yext is seeking a Regional Vice President (RVP), Enterprise Sales to lead a team of Account Executives focused on selling to enterprise-level customers across North America. This is a leadership role, ideal for a hands-on coach who can motivate and scale a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in SaaS enterprise sales and has successfully transitioned to frontline management.Role involves:
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Enterprise Account Executives to exceed targets.
  • Driving new business acquisition across enterprise accounts.
  • Forecasting pipeline and revenue with precision.
  • Partnering cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Providing ongoing training and feedback to AEs.
  • Identifying and replicating successful sales strategies.
  • Collaborating on territory planning and hiring strategies.
  • Actively participating in customer calls and negotiations.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • 2+ years of people management experience in enterprise sales.
  • Proven success managing a quota-carrying team.
  • Experience selling into large enterprise accounts.
  • Passion for coaching and mentoring.
  • Strong pipeline management and sales process discipline.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
