Job Description
Yext is seeking a Regional Vice President (RVP), Enterprise Sales to lead a team of Account Executives focused on selling to enterprise-level customers across North America. This is a leadership role, ideal for a hands-on coach who can motivate and scale a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in SaaS enterprise sales and has successfully transitioned to frontline management.Role involves:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Enterprise Account Executives to exceed targets.
- Driving new business acquisition across enterprise accounts.
- Forecasting pipeline and revenue with precision.
- Partnering cross-functionally with various teams.
- Providing ongoing training and feedback to AEs.
- Identifying and replicating successful sales strategies.
- Collaborating on territory planning and hiring strategies.
- Actively participating in customer calls and negotiations.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- 2+ years of people management experience in enterprise sales.
- Proven success managing a quota-carrying team.
- Experience selling into large enterprise accounts.
- Passion for coaching and mentoring.
- Strong pipeline management and sales process discipline.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
