Job Description
Whatnot is seeking a Benefits Lead to develop and scale global benefits programs. The Benefits Lead will partner with the Total Rewards team and executive leadership to design and implement benefit offerings. This role focuses on strategy, innovation, and execution.
What the role involves:
- Owning the strategy, design, and execution of global benefits programs.
- Developing a multi-year benefits roadmap.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to launch new benefits initiatives.
- Serving as the primary contact for brokers and external partners.
- Owning the annual renewal and open enrollment process.
- Using data and employee feedback to analyze plan performance.
- Leading global expansion efforts to localize benefits in new countries.
- Driving strategic communications and education.
- Staying ahead of benefits trends and regulatory changes.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in global Benefits roles.
- 3+ years owning strategy, design, and implementation.
- Strong benefits design acumen.
- Experience supporting international teams.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Workday.
