Job Description
Commercetools is seeking a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner to serve as a senior strategic advisor to their Product and Technology leadership teams. This role involves full-cycle recruitment and long-term hiring strategy, ensuring a data-informed and scalable approach to attracting and assessing talent. The Principal Talent Acquisition Partner will:
  • Translate business goals into actionable hiring strategies.
  • Lead strategic workforce planning conversations.
  • Guide hiring managers in role design and assessment approaches.
  • Own and execute full-cycle recruitment.
  • Source and engage top talent using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub.
  • Provide a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Manage all stages of the process through Greenhouse (ATS).
  • Use talent analytics to track pipeline health and source effectiveness.
  • Establish frameworks to monitor quality of hire.
  • Leverage market data to influence hiring plans.
  • Coach interviewers on competency-based interviewing.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers.
  • Support knowledge sharing across the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Identify and implement improvements in the hiring process.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in full-cycle recruiting for technical and product roles.
  • Deep knowledge of product development hiring.
  • Strong sourcing skills across platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub.
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS.
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for elevating hiring standards.
  • Experience using hiring data to drive decisions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally distributed, hybrid environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
