RD Station, a leading technology company in marketing and sales solutions in Brazil, is seeking a Data Engineer to join their Data team. The Data Engineer will contribute to democratizing data access and transforming data into a competitive advantage. This role involves modernizing the data platform by migrating from a Hive/Hadoop architecture to native Google Cloud Platform solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and maintaining large-scale data pipelines (ingestion, transformation, and orchestration).
• Working with GCP tools: BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage, Data Catalog, and Composer.
• Optimizing SQL queries and ensuring data quality and governance.
• Automating deployments with CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand needs and generate value with data.

Requirements:

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform services (BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage, Data Catalog, etc.).
• Proficiency in SQL, including tuning and modeling for performance.
• Experience with Python for data manipulation and task automation.
• Knowledge of version control with Git and collaborative Git workflows.
• Experience with Big Data and Data Warehouse architectures in large-scale environments.
• Experience with API integration and consumption in pipelines.
• Familiarity with CI/CD automation and DevOps culture (e.g., CircleCI, GitHub Actions, etc.).
