Webflow is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to enhance developer productivity by establishing best-in-class AI tools and frameworks. • Improving developer processes for building LLM-powered applications.
• Developing hands-on training resources, prompt guides, and best practices.
• Identifying, evaluating, and operationalizing third-party AI tools.
• Leveraging quantitative and qualitative metrics to eliminate engineering bottlenecks.
• Communicating regularly with stakeholders.
• Participating in all engineering activities.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Developer Tooling, including 2+ years focused on AI.
• 2+ years experience tech-leading platform teams.
• Experience measuring and improving the quality of large language model outputs.
• Proficiency in modern stacks such as Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS, coding primarily in TypeScript.
• Intuition of AI/ML concepts and technologies.
