Darktrace, a global leader in cyber security AI, is seeking a Senior Specialist, AMS Partner Marketing to join their growing Global Partner Marketing team. This role involves planning and executing marketing plans with Western US partners, requiring a leader with both player and coach responsibilities.Darktrace is looking for someone who is passionate about partner marketing and enthusiastic about building strong relationships to deliver marketing pipeline.

• Develop the AMS partner marketing strategy that supports the GTM team
• Oversee execution of marketing plans with top US National Partners
• Engage with partners in creative ways to drive high engagement
• Collaborate across all functions internally and externally to accelerate growth
• Track and report monthly on impact and pipeline generation, MDF utilization, and identify areas for improvement

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in partner marketing
• Strong business acumen with experience in building marketing strategy to achieve business goals
• Proven track record of successful program execution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
