Job Description
Whalar is seeking a Senior Analytics Manager to lead data analysis for influencer marketing campaigns. The role involves providing insights and recommendations to inform strategy and optimization, as well as managing a team of data analysts. Role involves:
  • Leading data collection, organization, and analysis.
  • Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards.
  • Identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Managing and mentoring data analysts.
  • Ensuring smooth operation of the analytics function.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Client facing and collaborative with our brand points of contact, helping them navigate the creator landscape and how we measure it.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
  • 7+ years of experience in data analysis.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership position.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing and developing a team of data analysts
